May Sweeps--What to watch Monday and Tuesday
I hope you’ve stocked up on tissues, because you’re going to need them a lot this week.
Here are the sweeps moments you are scheduled to see Monday and Tuesday…
Your first chance to use the tissues will be tonight (Monday) when you say goodbye to the Camden family on the series finale of “7th Heaven” at 8 p.m. on the WB. Both Barry Watson and Jessica Biel make return appearances…At the same time, over on FOX, the guys FINALLY begin their escape on “Prison Break” and no, this is not a joke. They’re really going to do it. But not everyone is going to make it…At 8 on ABC, you can watch “David Blaine: Drowned Alive,” as he tries to set a record for holding his breath underwater…At 9 p.m. on Lifetime, Kelli Williams (“The Practice”) is a woman on a quest to bring her mother’s killer to justice in the movie, “Murder on Pleasant Drive”…At 10 p.m., Kelsey Grammer returns to NBC as the Angel of Death on “Medium.” Grammer is the show’s Executive Producer…Meanwhile, “What About Brian” wraps up its run on ABC at 10 and Horatio gets ready for his wedding on “CSI: Miami,” (10 p.m., CBS) but how long will the marriage last?
Get those tissues back out! Tuesday it’s the season finale of “Gilmore Girls” (8 p.m., WB) and it’s apparently a real tearjerker. Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe, “24”) guest stars as a troubadour (She sings a song she wrote.) in the final episode written and produced by the Palladinos, who created the show (They left in a network dispute.)…ABC gets all apocalyptic with the movie, “Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America” at 8 p.m…“NCIS” airs part one of its season finale as we learn more about Gibbs’ past while he recovers from a terrorist attack, leaving Tony in charge…Kathy Griffin gets back to her old tricks as she skewers celebrities in “Kathy Griffin: Strong Black Woman” at 9 p.m. on Bravo…Parker Posey guest stars on “Boston Legal” at 10 p.m. on ABC...And "Veronica Mars" wraps up its second season (But will it be its last?) at 9 p.m. on UPN (Midnight on WHCP-TV).
Coming up Wednesday, twice the Jennifer Garner and the fate of Libby…
