Is “Days” a Goner?
The saga behind the scenes at “Days of Our Lives” continues…
In September, “Days” hit its lowest ratings ever and is now sitting firmly at the bottom of the heap.
And with fans threatening to never watch again because of the death of John Black, that doesn’t look like it will change anytime soon.
Now, “TV Guide” reports that NBC has fired its VP of Daytime Programming and shut down the entire department.
What does that mean? I’m not completely sure, but I have a sneaking suspicion that unless “Days” turns it around soon, it will be gone from NBC in 2009…
