This Week: A Fall Preview

Beginning tomorrow, the networks begin their upfront presentations where they unveil their fall schedules. It’s our first look at what shows we’ll see, but maybe more importantly, it’s our first look at what shows we won’t see.

There are several shows on the fence including “The King of Queens,” “Veronica Mars,” “Invasion,” “Close to Home” and all of ABC’s comedies. For a change, I’m not sweating any of my favorite shows (with the possible exception of “Pepper Dennis”). However, I am sweating some scheduling since ABC will probably move “Grey’s Anatomy” to Mondays to take on “24” and NBC will probably put “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip” (the new Aaron Sorkin show) on Mondays as well.
