“The Rachel Zoe Project” will return for its fourth season Tuesday, August 2nd at 9 p.m. “Fashion Hunters,” a new show featuring the team at Second Time Around consignment shop in New York City, will premiere at 10 p.m. “Mad Fashion” starring “Project Runway” alum Chris March designing his over-the-top costumes, will premiere at 10:30 p.m.
