The Numbers on "Stand Up"

“The Hollywood Reporter” reports that the “Stand Up 2 Cancer” telethon averaged 10.3 million viewers during the hour.

By contrast, FOX’s “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” averaged 6.6 million, and the CW’s “Smackdown” averaged 4.5 million.

By the way, in case you were wondering, FOX said they did not carry the telethon because they want to concentrate their charity efforts on “Idol Gives Back.”

And yes, I think that’s a pretty lame excuse too…
