M-PG Is Back!

I have already picked the show I am most looking forward to seeing next season.

And it’s on cable…

TNT announced today that it has picked up “Franklin & Bash,” a legal drama starring my guy Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer.

Here’s the description from the press release: “In ‘Franklin & Bash,’ two young, fly-by-the-seat-of-their-pants street lawyers cause a seismic culture clash when they join a legendary, button-down law firm. Meyer plays Jared Franklin, who has a knack for connecting with jury and judge. Gosselaar is Steven Bash, who loves sticking it to authority every chance he gets.”

Yes, it sounds like M-PG will be playing a very similar character to the last one he played on TNT, but he’s so good at it, who cares?

As if it wasn’t exciting enough that M-PG will be back on TV, he’s bringing with him Reed Diamond, who I am currently completely obsessed with thanks to his super turn as Jason on “24.”

The great Malcolm McDowell is also part of the cast.

No premiere date has been announced, but TNT will be announcing its schedule next week.
