Here are the latest scheduling changes…

FOX has pulled the plug—again—on “Happy Hour.” It will be replaced, beginning this Thursday, with a second episode of “Til Death” (8:30 p.m.). FOX has also pulled the plug on the game show, “The Rich List.” It will be replaced tonight by “The O.C.” (9 p.m.)…

The CW is bringing back “Reba” November 19th with two new episodes beginning at 7 p.m. The following week it will shift to its regular time slot Sundays at 7:30 p.m., with a rerun at 7 p.m. (Yeah, I don’t really follow that logic either.)…

Meanwhile, ABC has ordered four additional scripts of “What About Brian,” “The Nine,” “Men In Trees” and “Help Me Help You.” “The Nine” has struggled terribly, especially in its second half-hour. I’m wondering if that’s because people get tired of not learning anything new about the standoff and turn the channel…

CBS has also ordered four more scripts of “The Class”…

Meanwhile, NBC has ordered three more scripts for “Studio 60.” NBC is denying a recent Fox News report that the show is about to be axed. “MediaPost” is reporting a timeslot change is a more likely move. “Friday Night Lights” put up better numbers in the “Studio” timeslot last week, reaching a series high. NBC is expected to give “Lights” a full season order soon…

In cable news, Showtime has ordered a second season of “Dexter,” the drama starring Michael C. Hall as a forensics expert who is secretly a serial killer. And the third season of ABC Family’s hit, “Wildfire,” doesn’t premiere until January 1st, but it’s already been renewed for season four…
