West Virginia’s own prolific documentary maker Morgan Spurlock will soon be re-introducing us to the stars of the best documentaries ever made…
Spurlock will host “50 Documentaries to See Before You Die,” a five part hour-long weekly series on Current TV. According to the Current press release, the show counts down 50 of the modern documentary era’s “most powerful provocative and moving films.” During the hour, he will catch up with key players from some of the documentaries.
Among the documentaries that will be featured are “Paris Is Burning,” “Hoop Dreams,” “An Inconvenient Truth,” and “King of Kong.”
