Is "General Hospital" a Goner?

Things are not looking good for “General Hospital”…

When Katie Couric announced her plans for a syndicated talk show with ABC, the network announced the stations it owns will air the show at 3 p.m.—the “Hospital” timeslot.

However, the show will not premiere until Fall 2012 which gives “Hospital”—which has just hired a new head writer—the chance to state its case. It also gives the new talk shows replacing “All My Children” and “One Life to Live” a chance to fail.
