Another “Law” Change

Just when things finally seemed settled again, “Law & Order” is about to have another cast change…

Jesse L. Martin, who plays Detective Green, is leaving after nine years. His rumored replacement is Anthony Anderson, who was last seen on “K-Ville.” If true, Anderson would first appear later this season.

Martin has just wrapped a movie and will soon start shooting “Sexual Healing,” an indie biopic of Marvin Gaye. Martin will play Gaye.

It’s a shame this is happening now when “Law” is experiencing a critical renaissance, but I think the show will be in good hands with “Anderson”…
