Thanksgiving Viewing Schedule

Here’s just a taste of what Thanksgiving will bring you television wise…

Of course, it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The 80th edition will be hosted by Matt Lauer and Meredith Viera on NBC (9 a.m.) and Hannah Storm and Dave Price on CBS (9 a.m.)…

NBC has its own holiday tradition with the National Dog Show, hosted by John O’Hurley (11 a.m.) while CBS and FOX stick with football. The Detroit Lions host the Miami Dolphins (12:30 p.m., CBS) and the Dallas Cowboys host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4 p.m., FOX). The NFL Network premieres its game coverage as the Kansas City Chiefs host the Denver Broncos (8 p.m.). Bryant Gumbel and Cris Collinsworth have the call.

Turkey Day also means marathons and here is just a sampling:

“The Closer”—13 hours of the Kyra Sedgwick drama (8 p.m., TNT)
“Eureka”—20 hours of the quirky SciFi hit (10 a.m.)
“That 70s Show”—12 hours (Noon, FX)
