I really don't have many thoughts about The CW schedule, other than to say that I'm a little surprised about them booting "Smallville" to Friday nights. I think that will seriously hurt that show since Friday nights are not a big viewing night for its demographic.
As for new shows, "The Vampire Diaries" sounds like "Twilight" for TV, which I'm sure is exactly what The CW is hoping for.
I have no idea what happened to the "Gossip Girl" spin-off, but I'm sure that will come out eventually...
Notice that "Privileged," "Reaper," "Everybody Hates Chris," and "The Game" have all been cancelled...
Any Reaper fans? Although the CW is not picking up Reaper, we not giving up yet. Hollywood Reporter says ABC Studios is still trying to move the show into syndication or cable. We're advocating all Reaper fans to write their CW affiliates. All links and info here: http://community.livejournal.com/reaperdmv/44208.html And don't forget to contact ABC Studios and thank them for not giving up on Reaper.
ReplyDeleteThe Hollywood Reporter http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/cont....c0f60c8af5aed4f says talks still ON for Reaper Season Three for syndication Sundays; write your CW local affiliate and ABC Studios, tell them there's a fanbase for REAPER. Addresses and links at reaperdmv.com.
