The CW Outsources Sundays
It looks like the CW is throwing in the towel on Sunday nights…
According to TVGuide.com, the network has signed a deal with the production finance company Media Rights Capital to take over its Sunday night programming block (7-10 p.m.). MRC will develop two dramas and two comedies and sell the ad time for the night.
And yes, you are correct that this move is a little radical, but the CW obviously feels they have no other choice since all of their other Sunday attempts have failed…
