Why is Lynette so "Desperate"-ly Annoying?
It seems like forever since we got a new episode of “Desperate Housewives,” doesn’t it? But we finally got one last night and there were some interesting moments…
Warning: The remainder of this post contains details about last night’s episode of “Desperate Housewives.”
The most interesting is the new pairing of Carlos and Edie. I actually think it makes a lot of sense and it’s nice to see two of the most shallow people on the show actually have a little depth. But no doubt Gaby will not be happy about it, especially since we were led to believe last night that she and Edie are now pals…
Although Gaby has got her hands full with her own guy. I have always thought John Slattery (Victor) was sexy, so I’m finding it a little hard to believe that Gaby is able to resist him so easily…
But my biggest concern about the episode is Lynette. When did she become so unbelievably annoying? Every time you turn around she’s using someone to get something only she wants. It’s just an orange t-shirt, Lynette. Get over yourself!
Next week, Jason Gedrick will guest star as a new employee at the Pizzeria that will apparently make things a little more interesting for Lynette—especially since Tom is out for so long. I love Jason Gedrick, but the idea of Lynette cheating on Tom (or even thinking about it) is more than I can take…
Is Felicity Huffman being punished for her success or something?...
Thoughts?
